The Group delivers high-value legal information through books, digital platforms, and its AI solution, GenIA-L. With one of Europe’s largest legal databases, continuously updated by top experts, Lefebvre makes legal content accessible, actionable. 72% of its publishing revenue comes from digital services. GenIA-L, the first legal AI launched in Europe, is a key driver of growth.

  • Skills Improvement

    Lefebvre Group is the leading provider of legal, tax, and regulatory training in Europe, with strong presence in France, Spain, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Leveraging its high-quality content, the Group offers expert-led programs in law, accounting, tax, soft skills, digital technologies, and ESG.

    Training formats include inter-company, intra-company, and customized programs, delivered in-person or remotely to suit learners’ needs and schedules.

  • Software

    Lefebvre Group also offers software solutions that complement its publishing and training services, helping clients boost operational efficiency and meet compliance requirements. In 2024, the Group acquired Toovalu, a software provider specialising in ESG strategy, carbon footprint analysis, and CSRD compliance, now being rolled out across its markets.

Our Impact

Strengthening our impact, maintaining our growth strategy, pioneering in artificial intelligence

  • To strengthen its impact, the “Lefebvre” brand now appears in the name of each local brand of the Group. The Group provides a comprehensive response to regulated professions (notaries, accountants, lawyers…), companies (HRDs, CFOs, legal directors, compliance officers), and the public sector in the fields of publishing, training, and software.

  • The Group maintains its growth strategy around three axes: the continuous enrichment of its content and its quality, innovation, and external growth to complement its market positions in existing locations or to develop in new geographies.

  • In terms of innovation, the Group was a pioneer in artificial intelligence applied to the legal sector in Europe by launching the GenIA-L offer in all its geographies in the early months of 2024, after a successful launch in Spain at the end of 2023, ahead of its direct competitors. It is also a first for the Group to offer the same service under the same name but adapted to each market because it uses local editorial data.

We offer publishing, training, software & service solutions to enhance our customers’ knowledge, allowing them to gain insights, skills and efficiency. Lefebvre Group also provides two cross-functional AI and ESG solutions: GenIA-L & Toovalu.

GenIA-L, the first generative AI for legal professionals

  • GenIA-L is the first generative AI dedicated to legal and accounting professionals, exclusively utilising the verified and updated documentary resources of Lefebvre Group and its local brands. It is powered by algorithms developed by our innovation department.
  • GenIA-L serves as a legal navigator, acting as a companion for legal professionals by stimulating their thinking, supporting their research, and analysing and producing their documents in a conversational environment.

  • In 2024, Lefebvre Group acquiered Toovalu, a pioneer in ESG and climate strategy management.
